Does anyone have a template with basic Scope of Work Pricing Estimates?

Due to a significant spike in demand, housing prices have skyrocketed, making it nearly impossible in some areas of the city to find solid returns as a real estate investor.

I'd always carry proof of solvency though when making entry into the US.

The insurance company will have a very specific definition of what "Student Housing" means to them.

I have no idea on how any of that works, but if he is serious about getting into RE and if that's what he wants to do....then do it. 1500/month is about minimum wage, I don't see that much risk in taking the leap into wholesaling if that is what he stands to "lose"
