Joshua, your logic is sound.  

Growing up a couple hours outside of Denver, I'm more familiar with that area so that just seemed logical to me, although I also know it's very hot market which is intimidating as a new investor.

But as with other conversations with you, I am sure you will find some argument to that logic.

Steve, That sounds logical and I am inclined to agree with you on knee-jerk, However, when wrapping or seller financing, my understanding is that the mortgage supersedes any claims against the buyer from the IRS.

Hello all:  Is there any logical explanation that many supply/return vents in my rooms (all 3 bedrooms and living room) don't have adjustments for me to close off hot air in the winter or cool air in the summer for the winter/summer months in rooms I don't use. 

Is that logic sound?
