If you are unfamiliar with Investway, it is a great tool to run your own comps and not have to wait on agent comps.

The problem with pointing a finger is a) at the decision making of a government entity who will have their own rules posted b) how long a time frame from close to the zone change and how long was vacant... c) what is the difference in value?

Those were invaluable learning experiences and I'm thankful that my GPs were always willing to answer my questions regarding the investment.

I wish I would have started with that technique...and tremendous tool to build wealth with.
