I want to keep some of the original characteristic of this house but at the same thing bring in some newer design into the property. 

I have replaced the roof with 3D shingles, the windows, wrapped the entire home to make it maintenance free and working on the interior now.  

You don't always need alot of pictures....a good front pic and 3-5 solid interior will drive traffic...quality not quantity.  

To make a decision I need the complete marketing package of a home you have ready to go: - Purchase price, - exterior and interior pictures - rehab estimate & break-down - comps - projected sales price & TOM - carrying costs - HML costs - closing costs, etc.

The roof and exterior paint are about five years old and the interior of the house was re-painted this week.

Again, if it were me, I would find a local realtor preferably with a GRE designation behind his name and offer him/her the sale listings in exchange for what ever assistance they can give you.

This book is not designed to tell you what to do or how to do it.

As others mentioned the flooring- in this design- is so bold and busy.

They pulled samples in several states from CA to FL and all had a significant percent of the samples showing levels that were up to fifteen times the designated safety level.
