It felt like death for me.Guess the point of my post here is to introduce myself, and let young investors/would-be investors out there know that if you have the entrepreneurial spirit in you, don't ignore it and try to do what you think people expect of you when all the signs and your gut are pointing you down your own path.

At present there is no damage to the joists or any really visible mold growth, so my gut is telling this is a "wettest time of the year combined with no working gutters" situation.A contributing element to this is that one side is vacant currently.

Funny, i just told my VA i want her to post my deals on Postlets and FB, also wanna use Ebay for some land deals.She knows how to target certain demographics on Facebook, which i wanna test for finding sellers as well.Good job man, i don't know if i would have to guts to risk that earnest money, but you pulled it off!!
