There's nothing wrong with you working with a buyers agent, just control the deal...and if you did not offer commission in the listing, these agents are bringing a buyer out of the kindness of their hearts ;)I think I'd have a standard response in the listing description for these guys...specify not to call and you don't need help.Good luck!

All other expenses will be charged against the property cash flow unless you're doing something like a DSCR loan, which most banks don't offer and, based on your description, doesn't sound like they're doing that.
