Residents are fighting new industrial developments thereby raising the value of existing industrial buildings.

So far it's been a huge win-win and we couldn't be more excited for the future and I want this to last.The questions I have is what would be some good measurables for Travis so he can aspire to bring more value and therefore earn more ownership?

I can tell you this tho, we definitely make up for all of our short comings by having high ethics and genuinely caring for all of our investors.

Do you foresee the value increase on this property for five years?

1) talk to a tax pro but I THINK you inherited the value at the time of your husbands passing as your new cost basis.
