I feel the key is to have good relationships with your "boots on ground" building a solid team of cleaners and handyman to help you make it happen!  

We are looking to build our team out there (RE agent, property manager, possible contractors, etc.) and will be traveling in the next month or so to get a lay of the land.

Mostly renting it out to schools/leagues/teams or having birthday parties for now.  

As an investor I understand the importance of finding a good Realtor to have on your team so I would love to talk to you about what your goals are and how you are looking to achieve them.

Attorneys have options, and they also make their decisions based from the same business concepts you approach real estate investing from.While you have a framework for a good asset protection plan, you want to team up with an attorney who has experience in your investment type who can guide you toward the strongest protection that will also save you money in the long run.

Me and my team are new and looking to start the New Year off good.
