You may get a lot of no's before you get a yes but that's part of the game.

Just recently started checking out BP with advice from a friend who’s fairly new to the REI game, super excited. 

I'm not just a huge fan of the industry as a whole since it's flooded with lots of newbies who really don't have any business being involved in real estate transactions with no skin in the game, no investing knowledge, and no penalties if they screw a buyer or seller over.

I'm brand new to the game and want to connect with as many investors in the area as possible.I'm currently looking to build my cash buyers list, and find people in the area to network with and possibly even do some JV deals.
