Why would anybody invest in this type of platform knowing full well that 1 investment can wipe out all of the rest?  

3% is to much to pay for agents for a house over $500,000. $15,000 to pay a agent for $500,000.

I'm a local real estate agent, investor and developer in central Houston.

It was clear to both parties, with email exchanges confirming that the end date is July 15th and that there will not be renewal of lease.However, I forgot to stop the automatic rent collection through Zillow, resulting in the tenant paying the full July rent on July 10th, which has already been transferred to my bank account.

(Most likely considering adding a 7 year ballon.)Do you suggest letting a loan servicing company handle payment collection/escrow/insurance or are you all handling those pieces?
