It's not meant to be derrogatory, but rather to illustrate how Tenants can be similar to children in that they are constantly pushing boundaries. 

It seems meant to save me time, my most precious commodity.

Hi Kevin,What I meant was that the marketing piece you send is not as important (assuming it has basic information about you and clear call to action for sellers) as persistently sending to a list of highly motivated sellers over and over again.

I hope you went through the process to do it correctly as there is a $750 fine if you didn't and they catch you.I have lived with friends, but personally don't think I could deal with managing a rooming house with 4 unknown people sharing a home meant for a family.

@Jay Helms Maybe you meant this in your response, but I would suggest rebranding the property with a new name, and make it very prominent.
