On move out, there was a discolored wall bump (bad patch job on a hole they made), all the walls were dirty, and floor had oil/gas, look & smell. 

Toledo has many parks all around the area, especially near the Maumee River which runs down the center of the city and attracts many families in the area to go for evening walks, bike rides, picnics, fishing, kayaking, and more.Toledo is also the home to many employers.

The interior was badly stained with tobacco so I paid painters to do 3 coats of interior oil-based primer and neutral gray in the other rooms.

Our place is quite rural and people might want to venture out farther to hunt for garnets or go fishing.

Close to my home and the beach, was an up and coming area, in a small old Florida beach/fishing town.

I too am looking for a PM company, however, small fish here...for a duplex.

They handle my oil business and real estate business.

I also converted the outdated baseboard oil heat to a new HVAC system.

I do this color scheme of oak, black and midtone tile "running bond" backsplash in all my units.If you can salvage the cabs with paint, try the new Moore "Advantage" paints, they are waterborne oils, and give a great finish.Here's a before and after painting, splash & counter.
