I forgot to mention that supposedly they are moving all of their stuff into a storage unit so unless they are lying I would assume that they are going to be moving in with family or friends until they can find a place.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Went to the Las Vegas Storage show and just recently the Iowa show. 

Unless someone is living in the storage shed, who cares if it's painted at all?

Unless this is a huge project, I doubt you would need a storage container.

If you have a place to put storage lockers you can add storage2.

Our property is 2 acres and we're hoping to acquire the adjacent 3 acres that has 4 structures (3 previously used as farm worker houses and 1 as a refrigerated flower storage building).
