I have a sizable  amount of equity in my house; however, I’ve saved up six figures that I am ready to use to plant some seeds.

At least a family of four will vacuum the carpet and plant some flowers in front and generally try to make it look like a home.

Additionally there was a empty orange juice gallon bottle container outside of the condo unit used to water the plants outside and they just left it in the picture whereas I would’ve moved it out.

So right now I'm playing with the idea of buying a SFH, planting roots (single father of two), and ... or investing in units outside of my state.

This applies to all types of illiquid assets (cars, homes, property, plants equipment), and is the nature of the game when running a business that largely involves large amounts of illiquid assets.

All the while reducing the load on energy plants, and my rental's carbon footprint.
