My investment style is fairly conservative (multiple buy/hold rentals) balanced with low-cost index ETFs in our 401ks and brokerage account.

Hey everyone,I'm working my through a fairly familiar scenario, looking to jump into the brave world of multi-family REI without having the seemingly $100k+ in liquidity to start out with.One strategy I'm considering is seller financing, for it's ability to side step traditional financing requirements and hurdles.Does anyone have any experience with seller financing? 

Some people love them, and a fair amount are not happy. 

I will check with sponsor if they are co-investing in this deal to know that whether they have their skin in the game. since you guys are in the syndication offering, so wanted to see if you see anything that is not in-line with market offerings or any other red flags.

Can anyone recommend a good ,fair, and insured rehab company or contractor that can handle all phases of a complete rehab in the Wilkes-barre PA area?
