You need all of your business obligations from local vendors, contractors, and certain Team members.With regards to a location be is the southern United States around fairly large cities that are devirsably economically, has growing population, job growth, and to invest in a growing area. 

Perhaps they can patch it and resurface it for a modest investment and make it look fairly nice for a cheap price (relative to other options).

New investor here in MN and I just kind of wanted to try and get a discussion going from a number of investors regarding your view points on investing in a fairly hot market and economy.
