Yes I am extremely happy,one thing you need to look for in Memphis most people are poor so do not buy high end Homes gets something around 50 to 60 k I think that is the sweet spot .if you want the name of the company send me a privet massage thanks

Other than those few deals though, a large number of owners are well aware of the market being extremely hot and they know what their neighbors sold for.

Agents RARELY Invest Themselves.Therefore, finding an agent who actually invests (especially creatively as in wholesaling, owner finance, etc) is rare.When you do find one, then they are of extreme value to keep around!
