:) I'm super excited to have been told about Bigger Pockets and to be joining this group all because of a great new Realtor friend named Jason Kaufman, and I hope by being a part of this group to educate myself in all venues of real estate!

They do not want to travel back there and deal with the house (Funeral is all over and has been by the time house is ready).

I never got so excited reading about plastic before!

I am very much a rookie in the game of real estate investing, and was excited when I learned about the BiggerPockets community.

I'm a REI newbie and I would like to find a mentor to work with and learn from.Currently, I work full-time and travel with work but have completed the Mortgage Loan Originator coursework for my state (New York) and am considering getting my RE Salesperson License as well as Title Closing Certification.Are there other things I can do/learn to make me valuable to a potential mentor in my area?

This house in particular had a massive termite problem that I failed to find on inspection (wouldn't of changed my opinion on buying the property anyways, just gave me a whole lot more work then I had hoped for).Glad to finally be done with this one and I am excited to start on the new one that I closed on a few weeks ago.
