I have an idea that I should be able to find an independent handyman to do real simple stuff- change the A.C. filter, turn off the water in an emergency, check the circuit box, give access to repair guys, etc.

@Danielle Gronnestad the way I got my first house was one near school (A condo in Puerto Rico that I have not been able to get rid of but still renting lol) but I have had it for 10 years and never made one payment out of my own money since when I lived there I rented out the rooms and when I moved out I have rent it out to law and medical students.
