The judges are actually elected officials called Justices of the Peace.

For some, caution meant repression.

We have seen some nice savings in instances where investors invest in a syndication and one spouse elects REPS.

I guess I will have to ask about this in the future, I honestly thought all inclusive meant all costs were calculated but a good lesson.
