What the tenant overlooks is she essentially trying to tell the building owner, and indirectly all landlords, is that you shouldn't have a right to control your own property and that tenants can pressure you to do with it as they see fit even if unrelated to the law or making it fit for occupancy.imagine how many tenants would like to paint their late Grandmother, late pet, or someone else of significance.
