The least expensive, official option is to purchase QuickBooks Desktop Pro (you can get it these days for $200 if you shop around).

You can access them on the desktop or mobile website biggerpockets.com/calculators I believe you get 5 uses (a month maybe?)

This is why the Series LLC is so nice - it allows you to place each asset in it's own series, giving you that protection, but the "child" series can be created from your computer at home.

Some management companies will charge you extra for computer fees, management software set up, copies, etc etc. ... the list goes on and on.

I couldn't find it on the phone app, but you should be able to get to it on a computer. 

So now, I have had a Bookkeeper based in the Phillipines remotely login to my Quickbooks desktop, and my banking and credit card accounts as View only, same as if they were remote in the US.
