Judges can see the truth in most cases; they see it every day...

Everybody gets one like that...usually when you don't expect it.All you can do is be professional and offer whatever proof you have that you did what you were supposed to do.BBB will not judge, you just need to provide the same proof and response to them.

Trying to find ways around the proven methods are only going to get novice investors in way over their heads.You might as well go back to the old days when a novice investor looked at the first months ownership and declared they have zero expenses and massive positive cash flow.

You may well end up in court and the judge will want to see the operating agreement to decide what to do with you.

Much of this should be outlined in your declaration. 

Perhaps the attorney is expanding this to declare your transaction a commercial transaction for whatever reason.
