Be aware that craigslist is having a big issue with others stealing rental ads and rerunning them at lower rent rates. 

So it’s ok for a perspective tenant to expect a landlord/home owner, tonallow a stranger into their house but not ok for a home owner to ask who they are letting inHmmm I think I will risk losing the people who are afraid of being scammed instead of risking bodily harm or allowing someone to case my home so they can come back later and steal the appliances 

I inherited a 60 unit multi family apartment complex from my uncle.. the apartments are located in Maryland.. we hired someone to manage them and they were stealing us blind..

They did not work for me.Why wade through a bunch of looky-loos who won't qualify or might be there solely to see if they can steal your copper pipes?  

The mom's record came back with an eviction from 5 years ago which she knew nothing about- they had moved out of a bad situation (drug addict living upstairs and stealing from them) and the landlord filed 3 months AFTER they moved.  

My concern is it would be a great deal if I actually wanted to live in it, but probably not a steal as a flip.

Yes, just another enjoyable day in my yard, listening to garage doors opening and closing and plant nazis stealing my nice bark.
