With how ridiculous property management costs are I would rather keep it close to home and self-manage.

Again as we have reaffirmed in our business; there are far more effective products and tools available for ultimately far less money.

I’m in Florida, but know enough to tell you that California is cost prohibitive, so yes it is a tough market.  

Does your end buyer often cover the closing costs and attorney's fee or is this something you take out of your profit on the deal?
