At the risk of prolonging a discussion which is at its natural end, please  understand  that  for the same reasons at the heart of  JD's so-called, 'no-data' analysis and argument - Donald Trump is now President of the United States and Hillary Clinton is not.

I'm still renting a room as a primary residence but really, with all my heart, want to house hack.

Christan or non religious alike you can not be a bad steward of your money.I won't bore you with the numerous times I have counted on renters or buyers and even sellers to treat me with the same respect they demand but because I'm a cold hearted investor some how it's OK to lie renegociate disregard contracts not keep time lines you name it I have delt with it.
