I just thought that maybe a bank would take into consideration that a person that does not own a primary home but wants to purchase a home to rent, does not carry the same financial burden of having any other mortgage.

Then there is the issue of whether the renter is going to take care of the large lawn properly, or would they be willing to pay extra rent to have a service do it.I know that people with children might want a big yard, but I'm wondering how much of a consideration the yard size should be in buying a house?

I must then take the time factor into consideration along with the cost/sq ft to decide to wait and have it treated or just strip and replace all drywall.Therefore I also asked about a spray or dust application that could be put between the new drywall and the studs that will help absorb anything that is currently affecting the woods and or other metals?
