Some of the people that posted here are heavily invested in the TK process, not just with owning companies, but with promoting them for a fee, running websites on reviews and posting on here often in the defense of the TK process as a whole. 

I see her all the time at educational conferences on landlording. 

I have attended a couple wholesale conferences that make this seem very easy.

To Curt defense, that home is located in a good area, plenty of owner occupant comps in that neighborhood. 

It is all web meetings and the conferences I had planned have all been cancelled.
