As you can imagine, some guests are cleaner than others and as a result we sometimes have issues with bugs.In the past the property manager has set off a fogger after each person leaves, but honestly that's something I'd like to try to avoid doing as much as possible.

You still begin the eviction process because if she refuses to leave in Aug, you will have lost an extra month of rent if you don't begin the eviction process immediately.
