Obviously, some topics are more interesting and engaging than others, but it seems like 90% of engagement happens on a few posts that trend.I've had some great conversations through making connections and messaging back and forth. 

I was also working for a community bank at the time and they were able to loan us the 10% down to purchase it and then we refinanced it once we had done the improvements required for a conventional loan.

My suggestion would be to repost a new thread asking the community if they can refer a top notch attorney in your area.
