I break out the sprayer , find as much left over light color paint I can find and start spraying , the old wood sucks up the paint , so I use up left overs I get from where ever .

I have seen it myself in the eastern block when the government issued the new currency which was the same as the old currency but the exchange rate was 1000 of the old currency for 1 of the new currency.Obviously he is so far off base because he has never seen his property tax bill.

New window installed.In doing these windows the majority of the siding on the front of the house was also dry rotted so the front of the house is getting T1-11 siding now instead of the older style look.I am debating on the siding above the windows (updating also to the T1-11 for consistency) but am wondering if once painted the same color it will not be as noticeable.Flooring, Cabinets, and Appliances have been decided and ordered (thank you Black Friday).

lets say you spot a deal on the block but there is no running water, gas is shut off, electricity is off …there is no way you can check plumbing, furnace, etc ..some REOs even say “seller will not activate utilities” …I think you could activate utilities in your name …but then how about all the outstanding bills that might hit you ?!
