I’ve been needing to gain more insight on how to start wholesaling I’ve tried cold calling and driving for dollars but nothing came from it but time wasted.

By no means am I an appraisal expert or anywhere close to one but I’d be hard pressed to see this place get appraised for over 540k if that.

I even told him that since we bought the Title's Insurance from the same company, we could file a claim together and he gave me a cold shoulder.  

Be it driving for dollars, cold calling, door knocking, texting, RMV, facebook market place, craigslist, bandit signs, flyers, etc.

My preference would be something I purchase and have installed,  and I would then monitor and bill tenants each month (not looking to outsource the billing etc) Each unit has a cold and a hot with shut offs going into the unit so should be fairly easy to install.....  

I am currently beginning to cold-call to find leads.

Had an accepted offer on 3 duplexes, got cold feet after the inspection showed major neglect and signs of scary problems.

I used to wrestle.If wrestling is too much of a contact sport, I'd take him to a gym and see who can bench press 225 pounds the most. 

To prepare for the storm and avoid burst pipes we followed all necessary precautions:  left hot and cold water trickling throughout home.
