New build lender Lessons learned?

I know a lot of the big name builders are building entires neighborhoods of smaller homes.

It will take some hard work, but you still have a great opportunity to get your life on track and build something.1.

Facebook groups will help a lot  in your area and try to meet up with a  connection you build.. dinner etc on you and he  or she can give awesome advice which will save time money efforts

If your looking to continue build your portfolio with little interaction with tenants and not deal with issues throughout the lease,I would go with a PM.

So 12 months for each property, 36 pieces of documentation, to prove payments were being made on time. 

That way you can build equity, rather than paying rent, and save more money since someone else is paying you rent. 

Getting a new build 4 unit at 4.5% now is insane!!!
