I have in my business plan revenue increasing methods (market rent, Washer dryer in room) as well as the rehab of units starting year 2 to increase rents.

Well, there's the traditional methods.  

However the lands owners seem to be using their places as a get rich quick method since blind announced the move.

I've found a few awesome properties using this method. 

If you are, most states have a method of for "bonding them off" by placing cash for say 110% of the lien in a court registry.
