I have actually had a ton of responses using this recently, and it has the added bonus of being able to determine things about the potential tenants by viewing their profiles (are they pet owners, do they post about being jobless/evicted/going to jail, etc.).

Last July I went to one of those house flipping seminar road shows here in San Antonio and while I wasn't sold on their $20,000 course, the bonus sales pitch about purchasing tax liens did intrigue me. 

I think being an agent it a big bonus. accus to MLSyou can not do every deal but you can be the agent and make a commision.

I'll worry about my company and think it's a bonus if my competition worries about me as well.

I have been in the home for 6 years, so I know I wouldn't have a ny Capital Gains Taxes which is a bonus.

Now, as to the other, the former CEO of Fannie Mae (I think it was Fannie and not Freddie), took a 50M bonus then left to work on politics.

Now an added bonus would be if the home was rentable during the construction letting me zero out temporarily on my holding cost and there was no prepayment penalty on the mortgage.
