However, at your experience level, you may want to team up with an experienced wholesaler in your area to help you work your leads when you get them so that you handle them properly. 

It's set up so that an "Incorporation Specialist" handles your account, and I have never spoken with an attorney (although my accounting firm did speak with Garrett Sutton to get his recommendation on how to structure everything before we proceeded).

As a new realtor, I was not sure how these fees (on top of sales price, or % of equity) would be handled by my broker if I am not representing them.
