He makes good money (hardscape), she’s a stay at home wife with a baby (she’s a permanent resident as of last month).

@Erik Applegate #1 growth factor is simply the babies being born and growing up to supply the work force.

I have gotten to the point where I am replacing closet clothes rods with EMT tubing. 

Wear casual clothes.......unless going to really expensive homes, probably wear suits.

ExpensiveTemperamental, temperamental, temperamental...How much time, money and patience do you have to baby sit a renter who breaks the thing every two weeks and constantly mess with it?

I'm taking slow baby steps into Real Estate.

I just recently had a baby and it has been hard to get away from him for long periods of time.
