These two particular individuals did not have the sq footage- for those, what they were being rented for, what the lease terms were for those tenants -NOTHING!!

You will need to find a contract for each individual area you wish to do business in.

However, the second you have at least 2 individuals who will be on the plan, you can get great options through industry groups.

Issue the pay or quit on the 2nd and this will assist your tenant in having their full welfare payment reinstated.
