Hey guys who has some good hard money lender suggestions im going to jump in and do my first flip using hard money wish I had a cheaper way but im confident I can pull it off

Anyone have any suggestions for an Attorney and title company that knows about double closings and assignments in the CHARLOTTE NC / Indian Trail area?

I’m exploring properties in Saint John and Moncton but I’m open to suggestions if you have other areas that you think warrant investigation.

You need to have a solid financial foundation to be successful in real estate, so I would suggest working towards that goal, and then pursuing REI.

I think all this would depend on how active or passive you want to be in doing all this.Here are three suggestions:1)You can look for a property manager/active real estate who can help with some or all of these.2) Join a meetup group in your area, It helped me greatly in the beginning as it gave access to lots of people who have been doing this for long.

If this is your first Rodeo I would suggest you do not much more than making your flip marketable and livable but forget any and all bells and whistles.

Or, can you suggest specific brokerages that might be a good match for me?
