Then "progressiveness" hit and the police do nothing about the bums, there are piles of trash literally 10+ feet high, rats running all over the place, human crap and used needles on the streets, homeless camps across the street from million dollar condos, and diseases infecting people.

That’s why it called history - you can ruin it overnight but not build....it will take time.$4K it’s one months reserve - to get a mortgage, you’ll need to show bank that you have few months reserves to pay that mortgage and won’t foreclosure on it.If I were you, I would get a solid job, preferably with license (plumber, electrician, HVAC) and Learn about credit, money, real estate all the time you’re not working.

@James Camp I live in Brooklyn but I have my rental portfolio in pa , most parts of the Pennsylvania are Landload friendly and u can stay to eviction as early as 6th day after the grace period and rentals are pretty strong there .
