What markets (states, regions, cities, etc)?

Do you know what section of Philly as it is a block by block city when it comes to real estate.

I am looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company in Fort Wayne IN, Kansas City, Cincinnati OH, and Jackson MS.

Make sure you have the okay from the city because that's a big deal to turn a duplex into a fourplex. 

I have been focusing on properties in the South/ North east area, avoiding the inner city (at least until I can see for myself what the area entails).

I am now looking at sub markets outside the city.

I would suggest that if someone wants to enter Detroit market take at your own risk two trips: flight/car/meals/hotels to know the city, its people, the neighborhoods and develop local connections!

In Atlanta, if the work being completed would normally require permits (Structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) then the city/county would want you to have the work permitted.
