I have made it a point to meet and have a sit down with every case manager for every section 8 tenant because they are a great wealth of information and future leads.They will provide rental history but no medical information; I say this because if you get a veteran on the VA-SH program, some of them may be suffering from a medical ailment, as it is a program to end homelessness for veterans.

Hi, all is very true, but be very careful in dealing with those in nursing homes, not only is there a competence issue and many times family toi deal with, but the biggest problem will come if the seller is selling to qualify for medical benefits.
