@Spencer Wardwell It's not so much income that people will say turn key eats up but equity and it's true that you probably won't have any built in equity at the start.

The project sizes are roughly $2-4m in equity.

But the area is growing fast with promising high return in equity.

Will re appraise and hopefully be able to pull $150,000+ in equity.

If you have a few thousand dollars in equity it is hardly worth the effort.
