That is pretty cool.I just found a site yesterday called www.bringfido.comIt is for STR's that allow pets.You can create a free web page with them, and it will pull in your Vrbo and airbnb listing so it is quick to setup.

Professionally I'm a web developer/marketing guy, but want to delve more into real estate.

The web pages listed above are a good start but I would suggest finding a possible deal and physically going to the property and checking out the neighborhood.

You'll have to check the calendar on their web site to see but a lot of the things that they were doing were both live and virtual so people had a choice on whether to attend. 

Sites are on the web give this information for free. 

It certainly has some less than positive reviews on the web for its ease of use, especially on the tenant end, but my hope is it is improving and I'm sure nothing is perfect (especially at the $0-9/month price range). 

Still, it's pretty decent overall.Cozy has web pages for individual listings, but no "company" or "landlord" website.
