Steven, are you concerned that since GDP remains strong and inflation has come down gradually since the 9.1% print in June '22, and that largest voting block in America, seniors, is quite happy with getting interest on Treasuries for 1st time in a long time, that maybe the FED won't cut the overnight rate from current 5.25% level much or at all?

That leaves more control of the LLC to the equity investor and provides them with a stronger return while my wife gets the real estate commissions...which when you break it down she's pretty happy with.

It is the correct way to operate and it will make your accountant very happy. 

In 2023 CoC was 20-23pct so we are happy.

It was after a flood though there was foundation flood damage we started to rebuild first but eventually the government got around to making offers, ours was good, other people weren't as happy.
