I googled it and it seems like there are some places that auction LP shares in the secondary market, but I haven't seen anything other than the auction framework or going through an investment company.

You could try using Google Earth.

If you want to save money do a google search for "discount realtor" in your area.

Try doing a google search for "FARBAR AS-IS Contract" or "Florida Realtor Purchase Contract"
