HI everyone:  I keep on going back and forth on this but want to ask others who have made moves in either direction this year (or gone down the route of paying off properties early in general).

What I find a little disconcerting is you (and your family) are putting in all the money and credit while your 'partner' is going to handle the operations. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I just bought a Minut to put in a unit where I know the tenant is smoking cigarettes but I have a tenant that we ALWAYS see smoke his cigarettes outside yet when we go in his unit it stinks like marijuana.

I’m in the process of setting up a google drive for my newly sprouted real estate business.
