On the agent side . . . the listing agent should be responsible for arranging any visit with the tenant (in compliance with either the local Tenant Landlord laws and/or the specific lease details with regards to the Notice required to enter).

This eviction moratorium is very concerning and if the government can simply seize your property without due process I wouldn't advise entering the market right now until the legality of that CDC directive is determined.
