I cant stand the daily 8-5 working in an office, so being successful in this game can't come soon enough (even if my 8-5 turns into a 6-6).I have learned so much already from this site and I look forward to my continued education, and maybe some meaningful contribution now and again.

In case 2, a passive investor relies on others to do the daily operations of the business, they only invest their capital and let the others do the work.That said, if a person buyes one home and rents it out, I would not classify them as a RE investor.

I did that because I think the general market is at or near a top AND the stock has been going up on decreasing volume and there is 9 month resistance at $18.76 AND the stock is overbought looking at RSI AND it gapped up a few days ago (gaps usually fill), etc.
