Thanks Mike, I will do that this weekend. 

You call 100 houses around the open house during the week before, you send out 100 handwritten notes to the neighbors inviting them to come look at the house to see how theirs compares, you go door knock all those homes before the open house inviting them to stop by....then do 4-6 open houses a weekend.....9-11, 12-2, 3-5pm....and maybe 1 or 2 more during the week.   

Buy a fixer upper for your first property, something you can work on after work/school and on weekends that will be low cost.

The quality of life is extremely high, we played sports outdoors all year, money stretches much farther, people get out on the water most weekends, etc. 

We were searching for a little over a month looking at properties about ever weekend before finding the one we currently have. 

I was looking at one in a different state this weekend and 15 minutes before our videocall I was told "They accepted an offer and didn't want to wait for you".

When ever I wanted a appointment they always say next week...they dont even work weekends omg.

We know weekends are higher, holiday are big, make sure you have minimums in place for busy periods. 

I am also more than happy to answer any questions about electrical work or do some work for you on the weekends (in the Penticton area).

@Chris MuryIt took me a good 2-3 months to set up my properties (light remodel, paint, furnishing, professional photos etc) but then again, I did this on weekends driving up from LA.
